WELCOME TO SGT. ALVIN JONKER

Teamwork ~ Leadership ~ Commitment
As yesterday's defenders of freedom, we want to welcome today's military service members into our ranks to become part of our elite group.  Our common bond is the battlefield, whether it is service in the Persian Gulf, Korea, Kosovo, the war on terrorism or peace-keeping expeditionary campaigns. Your courage and sacrifice have made a difference in preserving and defending world peace.

Commander's Corner

Commander Michael Baauw

It is an honor and privilege to serve as the next Commander of VFW Post 2326. As we move forward together, my vision is simple: one team, one mission, and one post working together for the good of all.

The strength of our post has always come from the dedication of our members and volunteers. I am committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, and teamwork where every voice matters and every contribution is valued. By working together effectively, we can accomplish far more than any one person can alone.

I also want to express my sincere appreciation to the volunteers and members who give their time, energy, and talents to support our post. Your commitment is the foundation of our success, and I look forward to recognizing those who help make our Grand Haven VFW Post 2326 a special place.

In the coming months, we will focus on improving our facility, creating a welcoming environment that makes our members proud and encourages guests to return. From physical improvements to fresh ideas, we will work together to build a post that reflects the pride and service of the veterans it represents.

Finally, we must continue to grow and strengthen our post by bringing more people through our doors. Whether it's engaging current members, attracting new customers, supporting community events, or creating reasons for people to spend time at our post, our goal is simple: more customers, more activity, and a stronger future for Grand Haven VFW Post 2326.

Together, we can build on our proud traditions while creating new opportunities for fellowship, service, and success. I look forward to serving alongside each of you as we take the Grand Haven VFW Post 2326 to the next level.

Respectfully,

Mike Baauw

Commander, VFW Post 2326
"Working Together. Serving Together. Growing Together."
